Louis Jadot, Meursault Charmes Brut Zero starting with the 2014 DoixA very Meursault nose combines notes of ripe and fresh white fleshed fruit with those of floral, nut and citrus confit. The palate impression of the medium bodied flavors is also quite sleek with lovely underlying tension that carries over to the youthfully austere, firm and impressively long finale. This could use better depth but given the extended potential aging curve, more should almost certainly develop. Worth checking out.
