2-3 pinholes near each corner (some have torn slightly and some are a few inches inward of the corners)

The right edge has a rough cut finish to it with some frayed paper and slight tears (could be cut straight but that would result in a little paper loss)

The back of the left vertical fold line and back of the left quarter of the center and bottom horizontal fold lines have browned/have Brown spots of damp on them (foxing) this is only visible on the front along the left of the bottom horizontal fold line
