Each letter is 12 1/4" tall and approx 3/4" d

which likely once held a photograph

For me this holds so many things in it

and I love how the "men" at the end of the line angle up and down in alternation

My guess is that he's southeast asian, perhaps specifically Indonesian in the tradition of Toraja "tau tau" effigy figures of South Sulawesi. Whatever the case, certainly he carries a lot of life in him. C. mid 20th century I would guess. 7 3 4" t x
