2023 Bichi, Azul El Heroe Como Vino Al Mundo, Baja California, Mexico Domaine du Bagnol mainly Roupeiro50% Garnacha, 35% Carignan and 15% Zinfandel From the Ernesto Collins vineyard. The 40 year old vines are situated 300 meters above sea level, farmed without irrigation and rooted in sandy soil. After hand harvesting the grapes, the Garnacha was fermented whole cluster and the Zinfandel & Carignan get destemmed and fermented, all with wild yeasts.
