2023 Benoit Moreau Les Champgains, Chassagne Montrachet Premier Cru, France Saalwachter Sorgente has more clay inLocated at the northern most end of Chassagne Montrachet. Vinification: Grapes may be crushed or directly pressed, depending on ripeness. Ambient yeast fermentation and aging in used barrels for 16 months. Arrives March 2026.
