A very attractive painting by the celebrated Italian artist Michele Federico. His name pre fixed with Cavalier, which is an honor bestowed by the Italian government, ostensibly a Knighthood. The painting depicts a slightly stormy scene, with waves crashing on the rocks. The painting is signed lower
